New Mums Reformer Pilates Program

Our 5-Week New Mums Reformer Pilates Program is thoughtfully designed to help you ease back into exercise after having your baby. This program focuses on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, reducing abdominal separation, and improving posture to prevent back pain. Beyond the physical benefits, it also boosts energy levels, reduces stress, and creates a supportive space for you to connect with other new mums.

The program runs for 5 weeks, with an offering of 1 class a week.

Baby is welcome too.

Reformer Pilates – Full Body

Reformer based class that strengthens and aligns the body. These classes work the whole body and tone every muscle.

Reformer Pilates – Booty Burn

Reformer based class that targets your booty and shapes up your curves. These classes are a targeted workout that are sculpting, toning and defining your booty.

Reformer Pilates – Core Focus

Reformer based class that works and strengthens the whole core. These classes are a deep burn workout to sculpt and tone your abs.

Yoga – Gentle Flow

A restorative yoga style class with gentle movement and traditional postures. Focusing on alignment, balance, strength and flexibility. It is the centering of your breath and body – aligning the physical and mental.

Yoga – Dynamic Flow

A vinyasa style yoga class, with dynamic poses that are connect the breath to movement.

Reformer Pilates - Mums n Bubs

Reformer based full body workout focusing on core strength, optimal posture and stability.

Beginner Reformer Pilates Course

Have you ever wanted to try Reformer Pilates but felt unsure or a little intimidated by the Reformer?

Our 5 week Beginners Reformer Pilates Course is the perfect place to start. It is designed specifically to introduce you to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates, focusing on building a strong foundation, core strength, flexibility and body awareness. Each class has 8 students to make sure you get a personal experience and are not just a number.

The course runs for 5 weeks, with an offering of 2 classes a week. 2 classes a week are recommended to get amazing results.
