The New Mums Pilates Program

Rebuild strength, confidence, and connection to your body with our 5-week Postnatal Mat Pilates Program — a thoughtfully structured program for new mums who want to return to movement with expert guidance and intention.

Led by experienced instructors, this small-group program (maximum of six mums per class) prioritises quality, education, and safe progression. Each session focuses on restoring core and pelvic floor function, improving posture, and supporting recovery from abdominal separation — helping you lay strong foundations for long-term movement and wellbeing. All in a calm, welcoming space designed for you and your baby.

Classes run at the same time each week, creating routine, consistency, and measurable progress. You’ll move alongside other new mums in a calm, supportive environment, leaving each session feeling stronger, more capable, and confident in how your body is recovering.

Beginner Reformer Pilates Course

A clear, supportive, structured introduction to Reformer Pilates, designed to help you build strong foundations and move with confidence.

Our 5-week Beginner Reformer Pilates Course is designed for people who value learning proper technique, developing body awareness, and progressing with purpose — not just attending a one-off class.

This progressive program focuses on quality over quantity, covering the essential principles of Reformer Pilates, including alignment, core control, strength, flexibility, and efficient movement. With a maximum of 10 participants per class, you’ll receive clear instruction, hands-on guidance, and the space to learn at a steady, supported pace.

Each week builds on the last, introducing new skills and variations so you continue to progress rather than repeat the same exercises. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident on the Reformer, stronger in your body, and ready to continue with consistency.

The course runs for five weeks, with two classes per week recommended to support routine, momentum, and meaningful results.
