The terms and conditions governing the use of Align Studios services, classes, and memberships.

By accessing the Align Studios website, creating an account, or purchasing any class, pass, membership, or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All bookings and purchases are managed through our booking platform, Momence. Each participant must have their own individual account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must inform Align Studios and your instructor of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or health concern that may affect your participation. If you are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you, consult your healthcare provider before booking. You participate at your own risk.
Bookings are strongly recommended. Walk-in places cannot be guaranteed. Late entry to classes may be refused for safety reasons. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at our discretion.
Memberships, class passes, and program enrolments are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of purchase. Prices and inclusions may change. The live Momence checkout is the final source for current pricing and product terms.
We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships where a client's behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our values.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and class materials, is the property of Align Studios and may not be reproduced without permission.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
