Our Reformer Pilates Circuit class! This dynamic session combines strength, endurance, and mobility as you move through a variety of stations, utilising the Reformer and other functional equipment.  Expect a mix of core-strengthening exercises, controlled resistance training, and flowing movements designed to improve posture, flexibility, and strength and coordination.

HIIT and Flow

Our Reformer Pilates + HIIT class! This high-energy session blends the strength, control, and precision of Reformer Pilates with the heart-pumping intensity of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).   Expect a mix of dynamic Reformer exercises to enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture, combined with bursts of cardio and functional movements to boost endurance and burn calories.

Power Punch Reformer

Unleash your power with our Reformer Pilates + Boxfit class! This high-energy fusion blends the core-strengthening, posture-enhancing benefits of Reformer Pilates with the explosive cardio and strength training of boxing.

This class combines Pilates movements to improve flexibility and stability,  with Boxfit drills like punches and footwork exercises to boost endurance and coordination.

Reformer based full body workout focusing on core strength, optimal posture and stability.

A vinyasa style yoga class, with dynamic poses that are connect the breath to movement.

60 mins, suitable for all levels, suitable for 12 yrs+, pre and post-natal friendly.

Yoga – Gentle Flow

A restorative yoga style class with gentle movement and traditional postures. Focusing on alignment, balance, strength and flexibility. It is the centering of your breath and body – aligning the physical and mental.
Props maybe used to help you to ease into the postures.
60 mins, suitable for all levels, suitable for 12 yrs+, pre and post-natal friendly.

Boxfit

All over cardio workout. Learn and work through boxing techniques and drills that will improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina. A great energetic workout that will get your heart rate up.
