A structured, evidence-informed return to movement for new mums who want to rebuild strength properly and lay strong foundations for long-term health.
Our 5-week Postnatal Mat Pilates Program is designed for women who value consistency, quality coaching, and progressive movement after birth. Delivered in small groups of no more than six mums, the program allows for individual guidance, clear instruction, and safe, effective progression.
Each session focuses on restoring core and pelvic floor function, supporting recovery from abdominal separation, and improving posture and movement efficiency for everyday life. The program progresses week by week, helping you rebuild strength and confidence in a way that is considered, controlled, and sustainable.
Classes run at the same time each week to support routine and continuity. The environment is calm and focused, allowing you to learn how your body has changed and how to move well again — with your baby alongside you.
As part of the program, we collaborate with Women’s Health Physiotherapist Lillian Adjetey from Therapeutic Kinnections, who joins us in-studio to provide practical education on pelvic health and postnatal recovery, including incontinence, prolapse, caesarean recovery, and abdominal healing.
You’ll also receive guidance from Nutritionist Kristen Witt from Witt Wellness, who shares clear, realistic strategies to support energy levels, recovery, and mental wellbeing during the postnatal period.
Both Lillian and Kristen are available inside our exclusive New Mums Pilates Program Facebook group, offering ongoing education, support, and answers throughout the program.
This program is not about rushing back to exercise. It’s about rebuilding strength with intention, understanding your body, and establishing movement habits that support you well beyond the postnatal phase.
