Our 5 Week New Mums Reformer Pilates Program, is designed to gradually introduce exercise back into your routine, after baby.

This program is designed to rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength, reduce abdominal separation and improve your posture to prevent back pain. It will also boost your energy levels, reduce stress and allow you to connect with other new mums in a safe and supportive environment.

The program runs for 5 weeks, with an offering of 1 class a week.
