Our 5-week Beginner Reformer Pilates Course is designed for those who value quality coaching, consistency, and progressive training. Rather than drop-in classes, this course provides a clear pathway to learning Reformer Pilates properly — with structure, purpose, and guidance from the very first session.
The program focuses on quality over quantity, covering the essential principles of Reformer Pilates including alignment, core control, strength, mobility, and body awareness. With a maximum of 10 participants per class, you’ll receive individual feedback and coaching to help you move efficiently and safely.
Each week builds on the last, introducing new skills and progressions so you continue to develop rather than repeat the same exercises. The result is improved strength, confidence, and a solid understanding of how Pilates supports long-term movement and posture.
The course runs over five weeks, with two classes per week recommended to support routine, momentum, and meaningful progress — setting you up to continue your Pilates practice with confidence.
