Ready to finally try Reformer Pilates — without feeling lost or overwhelmed? Our 5-Week Beginner Reformer Pilates Course is the perfect way to start your journey with confidence and clarity.
This structured program focuses on quality over quantity, teaching you the essential foundations of Reformer Pilates — from proper alignment and core control to strength, flexibility, and body awareness. With a maximum of 10 participants per class, you’ll receive personal guidance and support every step of the way.
Each week is thoughtfully designed for gradual progress, so you’re not just repeating the same beginner moves. You’ll build strength and confidence as you learn new skills, setting yourself up for long-term success and a deeper understanding of Pilates principles.
The course runs for five weeks, with two classes per week recommended to help you see real results and feel at home on the Reformer.

Class Time: Tuesday 7:30 pm and Thursday 6:30 pm

Once this is set up and you have purchased the Beginners Reformer Pilates Course Pass, you can login at anytime via the website or via the Momence app to book your classes .
