Power Punch Reformer

Unleash your power with our Reformer Pilates + Boxfit class! This high-energy fusion blends the core-strengthening, posture-enhancing benefits of Reformer Pilates with the explosive cardio and strength training of boxing.

This class combines Pilates movements to improve flexibility and stability,  with Boxfit drills like punches and footwork exercises to boost endurance and coordination.

50 mins classes. Suitable for all fitness levels,  pre and post-natal safe, with modifications provided.

Booking and Purchase: 

To book the classes, log in via the website and make your booking via the timetable page or use the Momence app. The classes can be booked with the intro pass, studio memberships, studio class passes and causal studio passes.
