The New Mums Pilates Program

The New Mums Pilates Program gently reintroduces movement into your routine post-baby with our 5-Week Postnatal Mat Pilates Program.

Led by our experienced and supportive instructors, this program is designed to help you safely rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength, support recovery from abdominal separation, and improve posture to help prevent back pain and fatigue.

Held at the same time each week, you and your baby can enjoy a calm, welcoming environment where you’ll connect with other new mums, share stories, and build a community of support during those early months of motherhood.

As part of your program, we’re proud to bring in a women’s health physiotherapist,  Lillian Adjetey from Therapeutic Kinnections, who specialises in pelvic health and abdominal rehabilitation. She’ll join us in-studio during the program to provide insights and support around common postpartum concerns like incontinence, prolapse, abdominal separation, caesarean recovery, and pelvic pain—empowering you with the knowledge to heal and thrive.

We also welcome a qualified Dietician, Sana Dib Nassif from Sante by Sana , who will share practical guidance on how nutrition can support your energy levels, hormonal balance, tissue repair, and mental wellbeing in the postnatal period—without adding overwhelm to your already full plate.

In addition to the in-person support, both Lillian and Sana will be part of our exclusive New Mums Pilates Program Facebook group, where they’ll run answer your personal questions, and offer encouragement on everything maternal health and recovery.

This is more than just a Pilates class—it’s a space for you to feel strong, informed, and heard, with no judgment and plenty of support for whatever stage of new motherhood you’re in.
