Our 5-Week New Mums Reformer Pilates Program is thoughtfully designed to help you ease back into exercise after having your baby. This program focuses on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, reducing abdominal separation, and improving posture to prevent back pain. Beyond the physical benefits, it also boosts energy levels, reduces stress, and creates a supportive space for you to connect with other new mums.

The program runs for 5 weeks, with an offering of 1 class a week.
